Are you a customer service professional who finds meaning in helping others? Gateway Services is looking for a **Client Care Specialist** to join our Care Centre team. In this role, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for clients offering product guidance, answering inquiries, and coordinating requests with care and compassion.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Build rapport with clients and assist them with orders and service inquiries
- Identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions or next steps
- Ensure requests are fulfilled in line with expectations and timelines
- Gain and maintain knowledge of our full product and service offering
- Support daily operations through strong administrative skills
- Follow best practices for all internal processes and customer interactions
**What You Bring**:
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- 1+ year experience in a customer service or client care role
- High integrity and compassion, especially around sensitive topics
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving and team collaboration abilities
- Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced and meaningful environment
**Working Conditions**:
- Desk-based work with prolonged computer use
- Occasional lifting of up to 100+ lbs
- Regular exposure to varying noise and heat levels
