We offer a variety of services to nourish the mind, body, and soul, providing everything you need to feel your best, both inside and out.Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented and inspiring Skincare Specialist entrusted with advancing the success of our business through exceptional customer service.The successful candidate will be eager to learn, have a keen eye for the latest trends, an extensive knowledge of skincare products and techniques, and play a critical role in creating a personalized customer experience anchored in self-care.Reporting to the Experience Manager, the Skincare Specialist will be trained and will help build genuine connections with our valued clientele, ensuring they discover and embrace their individual beauty.This position includes a comprehensive benefits package for Part Time employees who work more than 20 hours a week.ResponsibilitiesCustomer ExperienceBuild trusted relationships with customers by actively listening, maintaining self-awareness, engaging in conversation, and demonstrating genuine care and empathy in a warm and professional manner.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Offer elevated self-care services and client experiences to our customers.Expert Product KnowledgePossess in-depth knowledge of our luxury skincare product lines, including their ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.Stay up to date with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and scientific advancements to deliver accurate and relevant advice to customers.Skincare ConsultationsConduct thorough skincare consultations, such as assessing skin type, condition, and lifestyle factors, to understand customers’ unique needs, concerns, and goals, and provide tailored skincare recommendations.Offer product samples to customers, showcasing their effectiveness and benefits.GoalsConsistently achieve department goals by effectively communicating the unique value of our luxury beauty products and providing exceptional customer service.Utilize solid interpersonal skills to upsell and cross-sell products, ensuring customers have a comprehensive beauty experience tailored to their preferences.Rennaï RepresentationRepresent our luxury beauty retailer with pride and professionalism by embodying the brand’s values, authenticity, and esthetic through personal grooming and style.Represent our brand with excellence and passion as brand ambassadors.Continuous LearningEmbrace a growth mindset by staying up-to-date with industry developments, attending product trainings, and participating in brand events.Share knowledge with fellow team members, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and positive work environment.Skills And Experience You Will Need3+ years of experience in Retail Sales, Client Service, and Beauty Industry.High school diploma.Passion for the beauty industry and interest in skincareExceptional active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.Self-motivated and inspired, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.BONUS POINTS IF YOUHave proven experience as a Skincare Specialist, Beauty Consultant, or similar role in a luxury/beauty retail environment.Have extensive knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, techniques, and trends, as well as an understanding of various skin types, conditions, and concerns.Have in-depth knowledge of the luxury beauty market, including emerging trends and customer preferences.Are a self-care and wellness ambassador.Join our dynamic team and be part of a luxurious beauty experience that empowers individuals to embrace their uniqueness.
