**ROLE OVERVIEW**

For the past 45 years, Proceco has been the leader of integrated and automated parts washers and surface treatment systems in North America. We serve Fortune 500 companies and small businesses in the automotive, aviation, aerospace, rail, transit, and general manufacturing industries.

To support our sales effort, we are looking for a technical sales representative who will identify and develop new accounts and opportunities to attain our revenue targets. As a technical sales representative, you will become the main point of contact for all customer account management matters to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships in your assigned vertical.

**REPORTS TO **:Director of Sales

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contribute to Proceco’s sales growth by converting inbound leads and new prospects into sales and by exceeding a challenging quota
- Grow Proceco’s sales in the assigned vertical
- Identify new opportunities and develop new business to attain revenue targets
- Promote and secure orders from existing and prospective customers
- Work with marketing and management to develop effective strategies that support the business development efforts
- Achieve maximum sales through solution-based selling, value creation for the customer, and profitability
- Initiate and complete proposals and presentations for new business opportunities - Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Stay up to date on all company standard products
- Initiate successful cold calling conversations
- Employ an adaptive selling approach for already educated buyers

**PERSONAL SKILLS**
- Has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Is highly responsible, self-motivated, autonomous, and passionate about selling

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Between 3 to 5 years of professional B2B sales experience.
- University graduates in commerce, engineering, or applied science are welcome.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, functional French and Spanish is an asset.
- Valid passport for regular travels outside of Canada.
