**POSITION PROFILE**
- Update and maintain our ERP system;
- Coordinate projects, spares, repair and overhaul customer requirements including quotations;
- Coordinate work orders, procurement, inspection and testing activities with other departments;
- Coordinate shipments in collaboration with the traffic/shipping team;
- Accurate record-keeping for all customer correspondence, orders and quotations in SharePoint;
- Prepare monthly PMO reports, customer invoices and contract approval forms;
- Comply with Project Management departments’ metrics and objectives.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar;
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation and ability to take initiative;
- Important - Strong English written and oral communication skills;
- Bilingual French and English.
