WE ARE HIRING FOR GUELPH AND ELMIRA LOCATION.

**Duties**:

- Greeting and serving guests
- Bussing tables
- Managing waiters and waitresses during service and serving moments
- Maintaining cleanliness of dining room and kitchen area
- Knowledge of food menu, ability to communicate food preparation and service to guests, ability to take food and beverage orders, ability to work as a team member, ability to resolve guest complaints in a professional manner
- Knowledge of health and safety rules in restaurant, knowledge of the restaurant opening and closing procedures, able to follow instructions, punctuality, reliability, good attendance record
- Able to communicate effectively with customers in a professional manner
- Able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours)
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changes in pace throughout the day (change stations, wait staff shift changes etc.)

This job is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and enjoys the fast paced environment. This position will require frequent outside time. The outside time will be spent on the restaurant’s property which is in Guelph, ON. This job will require long periods of standing and walking. This job will also require walking between shifts as well as being able to get around the facility for 5-6 hours. The company provides occasional weekend shifts.

**Salary**: $17.55 per hour
