**Responsibilities**:As a Host/Hostess, you will play a critical role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities include:

- **Guest Reception**: Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and ensure seamless seating arrangements.
- **Customer Service**: Provide attentive and friendly assistance to guests, addressing their inquiries and accommodating special requests.
- **Reservation Management**: Maintain an organized reservation system, handle waitlists efficiently, and communicate updates to guests and staff.
- **Ambiance & Presentation**: Ensure the entrance, reception area, dining space, and bathrooms remain clean, welcoming, and visually appealing.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with servers and management to maintain smooth service flow and exceed guest expectations.
