We are seeking a dynamic and strategic National Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team launching into an area of high unmet need. This role will play a pivotal part in guiding the sales team through a major product launch, driving field excellence, and ensuring execution of commercial strategy across Canada. Key Responsibilities Hire, coach, and mentor a national team of specialty sales professionals Conduct consistent field coaching visits to provide actionable guidance and elevate performance Build a strong, collaborative, and accountable culture aligned with company values Oversee sales performance tracking, incentive compensation inputs, and territory planning Ensure the team is fully trained on product knowledge, disease education, compliance, and selling excellence Launch & Commercial Execution Translate national commercial strategy into clear field execution plans Build territory launch frameworks and ensure readiness across all regions Monitor performance against key metrics and drive continuous improvement to achieve targets Use data and analytics to inform resource allocation, segmentation, and strategic decision-making Establish operational processes that support consistent, high-quality field execution Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Operations, Analytics, and Training to support aligned execution Provide meaningful on-the-ground insights to inform brand strategy and tactical planning Serve as a key advisor to commercial leadership on field needs, training priorities, and performance drivers Stakeholder Engagement Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and strategic account partners Act as a role model for patient-centered and clinician-focused engagement Support the field team in identifying and maximizing territory opportunities Operational Excellence & Compliance Ensure full compliance with internal policies, industry guidelines, and ethical standards Steward budgets responsibly and thoughtfully Maintain high standards of communication, documentation, and reporting Requirements Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales leadership experience; specialty biologics experience considered an asset Demonstrated success translating commercial strategy into strong field-level execution Proven track record of high performance across multiple roles and business cycles Experience leading teams through complex launches or high-growth environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and drive solutions Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with competing priorities Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and creatively Valid Canadian driver’s license; ability to travel regularly across Canada Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada Benefits will be communicated separately #J-18808-Ljbffr
