**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the front-of-house staff by ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting servers, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the food service industry.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Operate the POS system for order entry and processing payments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure excellent guest services.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Assist in cleaning and organizing kitchen areas to maintain a safe working environment.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food handling and preparation techniques.
- Experience using POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: Up to $17.20 per hour
