Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Server Assistant** to join our team. In this role, you will support the serving staff in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience. For those who demonstrate strong work ethic, leadership potential, and a commitment to excellence, this position offers the opportunity to grow into a **Head Server** role.

**Duties**:

- Assist servers in delivering exceptional guest service.
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and ready for guests.
- Support the team by running food, refilling beverages, and responding promptly to guest needs.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant setting
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- A desire to grow and take on more responsibility within the team

Pay: $17.20 per hour
