**Job Summary**

Tabule is looking for a dedicated and energetic Server Assistant to join our team. This role includes supporting servers, assisting with bar back duties, and ensuring the smooth running of restaurant operations. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our guests have an outstanding experience by providing efficient and reliable support to the front-of-house team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist servers with the setup, maintenance, and clearing of tables during service.
- Support bartenders by maintaining an organized bar area, assisting with restocking supplies, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Tabule’s menus, promotions, and services, providing accurate information and recommendations to guests.
- Deliver drinks and food orders to guests as needed, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing dishes, wiping down tables, and sweeping floors.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down restaurant areas before and after service.
- Support servers in providing excellent guest service by ensuring all needs are met in a timely manner.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring bar and dining areas are well-stocked.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an asset.
- Smart Serve certification required.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing exceptional guest service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift heavy items and assist with physical tasks as needed.
- Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Toast, is considered an asset.
- Must be able to carry and lift items weighing 10-15 lbs.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
