THE OPPORTUNITY
**The Opportunity**: Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Strategic Accounts, the Marketing Manager is a data-driven, strategic, and creative marketer with experience engaging enterprise accounts. This role focuses on managing and optimizing a scalable ABM program that targets global and regional accounts. It offers excellent learning and development opportunities, including internal training with leading ABM providers.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Execute a tier-based ABM strategy, balancing scalability with targeted engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create meaningful experiences for key accounts and buying groups through personalized marketing, remarketing, social engagement, and account-specific offers.
- Leverage social listening and A/B testing to inform and optimize industry-specific content marketing.
- Gain deep insights into target markets, their challenges, and niche-specific opportunities.
- Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs and lead-generation initiatives for specific accounts and contacts.
- Enhance marketing effectiveness by identifying segmentation opportunities and refining marketing techniques and processes.
- Analyze ROI from vendor tactics and recommend optimization strategies.
- Partner with Field Marketing and Global Marketing teams to accelerate pipeline opportunities through to close
- Design relationship-building programs to increase brand awareness, engage customer buying centers, and drive influence.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 5-7 years of experience in account-based marketing within B2B software; experience with enterprise accounts is a plus.
- Strong understanding of behavioral, contextual, demographic, and firmographic data.
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales and field marketing to drive new pipeline, accelerate deals, and close business.
- Expertise in developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously
- Ability to influence stakeholders and gain consensus through strategic communication.
- Self-motivated, independent, and team-oriented with strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience with intent data and ABM platforms such as 6sense.
