As we prepare for our grand opening, we're seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our fine dining establishment. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in managing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service quality.
- Collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize service and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, including compliance with Food Safe and Serving It Right certifications.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities, if required, to enhance the restaurant's profile.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years of front-of-house experience, with significant exposure to fine dining environments.
- Basic knowledge of bar operations, wine, and food.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Food Safe and Serving It Right certifications are required.
