**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Director, Theatrical Releasing, Filmed Entertainment, the** Digital Delivery Coordinator** will be responsible to monitor and assist content delivery, provide theatre support, filmed entertainment department support and general administrative duties.

Content Delivery:

- Monitor content delivery and key digital message delivery to all circuit sites and troubleshoot as needed
- Manage ingest letter library and archive (Theatrical, Event Cinema, International)

Theatre support:

- Theatrical Booking and vacation coverage for select locations.
- Provide backup support with circuit bookings, gathering screening and preparing cancellations for vacationing Film Bookers

Filmed Entertainment Department Support:

- Support to the Filmed Entertainment department with promotions, press, trade, group sales screening bookings
- Coordination of screenings, sneak peeks, premieres, and special events coordination
- Attend screenings
- Basic reporting and analytics
- Trailer coordination for the full circuit
- Assist with trailer placement, classifications, and administration (Theatrical, Event Cinema, International)
- Manage print counts on a weekly basis

General Administration:

- Film Manager administration
- Assist with Film Central

**Qualifications**:

- Applicants must have a college/university degree and be a self-starter
- A minimum of 2-3 years of film industry with an emphasis on theatrical operations experience.
- Efficiency and excellent oral and written communication skills are requirements for this position.
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Willing to work flexible or overtime hours and be on call to meet challenging and changing deadlines.
- Possess a high level of professionalism and can take initiative, meet deadlines, work independently and manage upward.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization skills with the ability to balance short term needs and longer-term priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills, the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fully bilingual in both English and French preferred
