Duties and responsibilities:

- Help serve customers at parts desk
- Help serve customers at the service desk
- Customer follow up calls
- Help manage social media.
- Return missed calls and internet parts leads.
- Assist with special events.
- Clothing and accessory sales.
- Shipping and receiving
- Parts ordering
- Perform other duties as required.

Experience and Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of similar experience.
- Extremely well organized, with great time management skills.
- Self-motivated and punctual.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Computer and internet skills.
- Knowledge of Powersports products.
- Knowledge of RV product an asset.

Job:

- Part Time - Monday - Friday

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
