We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized and bilingual Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, curate, and schedule compelling and engaging content for media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia assets.
- Develop and implement the overall social media strategy in alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features to optimize social media performance.
- Stay informed about relevant legal and ethical guidelines for social media marketing.
- Maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Track and report key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
- Monitor and moderate social media channels to ensure timely responses to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Foster and nurture meaningful relationships with the online community by engaging with users, initiating conversations, and addressing their concerns.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to continuously enhance the social media strategy.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Identify and leverage user-generated content and brand advocates to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as graphic designers to ensure the timely creation and delivery of social media assets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and experience in managing paid campaigns is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing trends is beneficial.
- Bilingualism (Spoken and written French/English), excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging and persuasive content.
