**Duties**
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and retention.

- Conduct negotiations to secure contracts and renewals that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

- Manage accounts using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Lead presentations and meetings with clients to communicate value propositions effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare reports on account status, sales forecasts, and strategic plans for management review.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in **business development**, **B2B sales**, or **account management** roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent **communication skills**—both verbal and written—with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as **Salesforce** is highly desirable.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic planning.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies that support sales growth is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
