**SUMMARY**

The Warranty Adminstrator responds to requests and processes orders by providing technical analysis and relevant parts recommendations in collaboration with the Warranty Coordinator. Working as a liaison, you will work closely with the Warranty Coordinator and our customers (both internal and external) to troubleshoot and provide solutions that uphold our quality commitment and ensure customer satisfaction with our product.

This administrative position is best suited to an organized, detail-oriented and analytical thinker with strong mechanical abilities and exceptional problem solving skills who enjoys building meaningful, productive working relationships with others. Responding to our customers’ needs in a timely manner furthers Keilhauer’s mission of making work comfortable for all.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2 years’ experience in Customer Service/Warranty, dealing with product models, associated parts, fit and function
- Completion of a high school diploma
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, especially involving complex product configuration, is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and other technical programs; advanced skill level in Excel is required; previous experience using Syteline or similar ERP is an asset
- A valid driver’s license, valid insurance and access to a vehicle are required, as there may be a need to visit other locations
