Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our growing team We are located on Kennedy Road, just North of Hwy 401 in Toronto. We provide training, opportunity for growth, and offer continuous Management support in order for you to be successful in the role

- Submit warranty claims to the manufacturer.
- Review warranty repair orders for accurate execution
- Determine (along with management and enter the applicable labor operation codes, and/or other administrative data required to enter them as repair orders.
- Maintain a full record of all claims submitted, whether returned/ accepted, and keep record of the status of the claim, this way accounting department and management team are kept informed.
- Ensure to report to management if anything is out of the ordinary, or requires further discussion

**Requirements**:

- 2 + years of Automotive Warranty Administration experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CDK is highly preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with FCA is preferred but not mandatory
