**Project Manager Assistant (PMA) - Job Description**

**General** **Overview**: Working closely with the Project Manager (PM), ensure projects are running smoothly with **zero** delays. Deliver materials, trailers, and coordinate items for new job starts. Assist where needed to ensure productivity of the PM, and efficiency of KCB construction sites. KCB has multiple construction projects running at any given time. It is the responsibility of this position to ensure that these jobs are operating smoothly with **zero** downtime.

**Responsibilities Overview**:

- Organization of all materials for a new job.
- Trailer Deliveries/Coordination
- Trailer and vehicle upkeep
- Material hotshots
- Shop organization/clean up as needed
- Warehouse Shipping/Receiving/Management
- Material returns
- Handyman work as needed/ Labor as directed
- Directing of client concerns to PM (customer communication)
- Professional representation of KCB

**Pre-Job Material Organization**:

- Responsible to ensure that the materials for renovation/cabinet jobs are ready, picked up, and organized prior to a job start.
- Document backorders and coordinate pick up
- If requested by the PM the PMA will deliver the materials to the jobsite on the start date.

**Trailer Deliveries/Coordination**:

- It is the responsibility of the PMA to deliver and coordinate KCB trailers to and from jobsites. The PM may need you to move, deliver, or take trailers to the dump to be emptied.

**Trailer and Vehicle Upkeep**
- It is the responsibility to keep the trailer and the PMA’s vehicle clean and maintained. If a trailer or the PMA vehicle is visibly dirty it is to be taken to the car wash and cleaned. If you notice repairs needing to be done on the trailers or PMA vehicle it is to be reported to the PM in a timely manner.

**Material Hotshots**:

- Hotshot material to jobsites as directed by the PM in a timely manner

**Shop organization/clean up as needed**
- Keeping the shop organized, and tidy. Clean up at jobsites when things are really busy, or schedules are tight.

**Warehouse Shipping/Receiving/Management**
- Receive all incoming Cabinet Shipments. It is also the responsibility to prep cabinet shipments for pick up or delivery.
- Ensure warehouse is clean, tidy, and free of garbage. You must make sure forklift is running well, and the propane is full.

**Material Returns**:

- Return materials from jobs that are not needed or there were extras left over.

**Handyman work as needed/ Labor as directed**
- As required by the PM it is the PMA’s responsibility to provide labor where needed. These duties will depend on the skill set of the PMA. The requirements can be anything from adjusting a cabinet door to helping with the demolition on a project, and backframing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- Forklift: 1 year (preferred)
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
