**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
- Accurately document customer and vehicle information
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Provide service recommendations and explain repairs and maintenance clearly
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently during the repair and maintenance process
- Review and explain all completed work and charges to customers
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain current knowledge of dealership services, promotions, and policies

**Job Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Proven experience in a customer facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with customer systems and software. CDK Experience is a plus
- Strong organization and time management skills
- G Driver's Licence with clean abstract
- A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
