**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing rapport and understanding their vehicle concerns
- Explain repair and maintenance services clearly, providing accurate estimates and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and services
- Upsell additional services and maintenance options based on customer needs and vehicle requirements
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed records of all service orders
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships
- Maintain organized documentation of service history, work orders, and customer interactions
- Stay informed about the latest automotive repair techniques, products, and dealership promotions

**Qualifications**
- Previous dealership experience is highly desirable
- Mechanic experience or mechanical knowledge is a strong plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Sales aptitude with a focus on upselling appropriate services to enhance vehicle performance and safety
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes, parts, and systems is preferred
- Professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for representing the dealership’s brand
