Join our energetic team at Village Chrysler as an Automotive Sales Advisor, where you will help customers discover the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle, all while providing an exceptional experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicles and assist clients through the purchasing process.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall dealership performance.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of sales experience in the automotive industry.
- Must have a valid G Licence with a clean abstract
- Must have an OMVIC
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
