At **Greenbrook**, we’re not just another call center-we’re the first voice of hope for people struggling with depression and other mental health disorders. We're currently looking for a **full-time Patient Intake Specialist** to join our Montreal team and help guide new patients toward life-changing treatment.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a Patient Intake Specialist, you’ll be the trusted first point of contact—listening, educating, and helping individuals schedule free consultations for our innovative behavioral health care services. You'll handle a high volume of calls and inquiries, but more importantly, you'll deliver _compassion with every conversation_.
- Engage with prospective patients by phone and online inquiries
- Educate callers on our non-invasive TMS treatment options
- Schedule and reschedule appointments
- Pre-screen patients for insurance coverage
- Manage leads, perform data entry, and follow up with potential patients
- Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism at all times

**Schedule & Availability**:

- **12:30 PM - 9:00 PM** for at least 3 shifts per week M-F
- **Two Saturday shifts/month (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)**, with a weekday off in exchange

**Pay & Perks**:

- **$19/hour base pay + monthly performance incentives**:

- Full benefits package including 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off and a supportive team environment

**You’ll Thrive in This Role If You**:

- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Bring 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Are a great listener and communicator (English fluency required, conversational Spanish a plus)
- Are organized, reliable, and tech-savvy (Outlook, Microsoft Word, CRM tools)
- Have a strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others

**Bonus Points For**:

- Experience in patient scheduling or clinical interviewing
- Familiarity with insurance processes or marketplace plans
- Spanish fluency
- The ability to build rapport quickly and make thoughtful decisions on the fly

**What Sets You Apart**:

- You're passionate about mental health and helping others
- You have a positive attitude and strong sense of accountability
- You care deeply about people and aren’t afraid of tough conversations
- You’re calm under pressure, even on a busy phone line
- You believe in making a real difference, one conversation at a time

**Who we are**:
**Over 16 million Americans are affected by depression. Greenbrook is changing the way that depression is treated, and YOU can be part of making a positive difference in the lives of patients by joining our amazing team**
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or assume responsibility for employment visa/work authorization at this time.
