**_This position is in-person at Greenbrook’s Montreal call center and located just two blocks from the De la savane metro station. _**Our center is open weekdays from 9:00am-9:00pm and on Saturday from 9:00am-5:00pm. Our full-time call center Patient Intake Specialists work approximately 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (40 hours)_. _**_We are currently seeking someone to fill our hybrid day and evening shift including two (2) Saturdays per month (9:00am-5:00pm). Schedules will vary depending on the weekend shift._** **_We offer a competitive pay rate of $19/hr based on education level and prior experience PLUS a generous benefits package including supplemental medical/dental/vision benefits, and paid time off._** **Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to**: - Handling over 175 calls per day - Managing leads and prospective patient requests online and by phone - Follow up calls to prospective patients and interested parties (no cold calling) - Providing basic treatment information to prospective patients - Scheduling / Rescheduling patient appointments - Pre-screening patients for insurance coverage - Providing a high level of service with each patient interaction - Data entry and other miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed - **Above all**, always providing care and compassion to our patients **Minimum Qualifications**: - High school diploma, or GED - Minimum of 2 years phone and/or customer service experience - Active listening skills and strong attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication in English - Strong computer skills, most notably Microsoft word, Outlook, and CRM experience - Physically able to sit for extended periods of time (at least 2-hr intervals) **Preferred Experience and Qualifications**: - Experience in patient scheduling - Knowledge of marketplace insurance payers - Clinical Interviewing - Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish A PLUS - Ability to connect with people. - Ability to improvise and make quick decisions. **Characteristics of our Patient Intake team**: - Displays a "patient first" mentality - Demonstrates caring, compassion and empathy in interpersonal interactions - Takes initiative and self-manages daily tasks - Exemplifies strong work ethic and operates with highest level of integrity in and outside of the office - Acts courteously with all patients, staff, and providers - Ability to maintain a high attention to detail in a high-volume environment **Who we are**: Operating through over 130 Company-operated treatment centers, Greenbrook is a leading provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (“TMS”) therapy, an FDA-cleared, non-invasive therapy for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder and other mental health disorders, in the United States.
