Landscape Foreman / Team Lead

**Emerald Property Maintenance - Victoria, BC**
**Full-Time | $XX-$XX/hr (based on experience)**

Emerald Property Maintenance is looking for a **skilled and motivated Landscape Foreman** to lead our yard maintenance and landscaping teams. If you're an experienced leader who takes pride in your work, knows your way around plants, and enjoys being outside, we’d love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a crew on residential and commercial maintenance projects
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Identify plants, weeds, and common pests
- Operate and maintain small engines and landscaping tools
- Organize materials and manage job sites efficiently
- Train and supervise team members
- Coordinate with local suppliers
- Ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of landscaping or yard maintenance experience
- Strong plant and weed ID skills
- Comfortable with tools, equipment, and small engine maintenance
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
- Experience leading a team (preferred)
- Punctual, dependable, and organized
- Self-starter with strong communication skills
