What you will do:

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and questioning requests.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, questioning, and court appearances.
- Assist with the estate administration process.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team.
- Assist with the administration of trusts.

What you bring to this role:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in estate litigation (general litigation experience is acceptable).
- Understanding of estate law and probate procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
