Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal located in Edmonton, AB. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting document reviews, performing legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing motions. The paralegal will also support the legal team in managing caseloads and coordinating with clients and external parties.

Qualifications

  • Legal Document Preparation and Pleadings skills
  • Experience in Document Review
  • Legal Research skills
  • Experience in preparing and handling Motions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in legal software and case management tools
  • An understanding of personal injury law is a plus
  • Paralegal certification or relevant legal education preferred
