We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Team Leader** to work at our client's location.

Location: Mississauga

**Pay rate = Starting $20/hr**

Job duties:

- Defining process capacity prior to production.
- Assessing current supplies and order for product
- Obtaining customer orders and estimating the time required to produce the amount of each product type.
- Creating schedules
- Identifying production and workflow bottlenecks.
- Estimating potential quantity and quality based on past results
- Determining ways to produce higher yield
- Working with quality assurance to address client complaints
- Identifying training requirements
- Create and maintain an efficient, hygienic, and positive working environment

Requirement:

- GMP should be followed all the time.
- Energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
