**Job Summary**:
We are currently looking for a dedicated Production Lead to oversee and coordinate production activities in our food manufacturing facility. The Production Lead will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the production line, adhering to food safety standards, and maintaining quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise production activities to meet or exceed efficiency targets while upholding company safety and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Coordinate with production teams to set up equipment, stock workstations, and monitor workflow for smooth operations.
- Conduct quality inspections to identify defects, implement corrective actions, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Train and onboard new employees on production processes, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues affecting production output or product quality.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by overseeing sanitation practices in accordance with food industry standards.

- Proficiency in food processing techniques and practices.
- Experience in fabricating and packaging within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts and other industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of basic math for measurements, calculations, and inventory management.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance principles.
- Ability to sanitate work areas and equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot machinery malfunctions effectively.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
