**Summary**
As a Team Leader at Unstoppable Staffing Solutions, you will play a vital role in guiding and managing a team to achieve operational excellence. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members while ensuring high standards of performance.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise a team to ensure efficient operations and high productivity.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Manage scheduling and timekeeping for team members to ensure compliance with company policies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role is essential.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to identify top talent.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members at all levels.
- Experience in retail management or related fields is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
