**Skills and experience for the next step in your career.**

**Your day-to-day activities will include**:

- Negotiate programs, pricing, and position with suppliers
- Develop and manage position statements, and reports predominantly in MS Excel
- Communicate programming, pricing, supply, and product features to retail staff
- Work with retails on diligent inventory management
- Facilitate business builder tactics that drive the business
- Create positive working relationships with staff and suppliers
- Promote product stewardship with staff and customers
- Present at employee and customer meetings as required.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and MS Excel experience
- Strong business acumen with attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently. A “Go-Getter”
- Strong teamwork, communication, and sales skills
- Background in crop inputs will be given preference
- Diploma or degree in a related discipline
- Preference for 3 years work experience in the agricultural industry, particularly in crop inputs
- P. Ag an asset but not required.
