**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Review material availability in a timely manner
- Communicate kitting requirements
- Plan and release jobs to production
- Monitor progress of the job through production, paying special attention to urgent builds
- Track job order status
- Modify, recreate, or cancel job orders as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate tasks and ensure a smooth production flow.
- Close status of jobs in the ERP system

**Skills**
- Experience in ERP system
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Possess a strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach to tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong planning and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in Production Planning in manufacturing is an advantage.
