**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure vehicles are repair properly and on time.
- Organize sublets as required.
- Hand out jobs to technicians.
- Troubleshoot issues so as to keep jobs moving along the repair process.
- Quality control jobs to ensure shop expections are met.
- Update production management software as required.
- Ensure shop tools and equipment are maintained and ready for use.
- Ensure shop materials are stocked and available when needed.
- Collaborate with other team members in a friendly and positive manner.

Skills Required
- Must have working knowledge of Mitchell Repair Centre and Connect.
- Strong understanding of MPI procedures.
- General repair and paint knowledge so as to properly communicate with technicians.
- General maintenance knowledge of equipment and tools.
- Eye for detail to identify quality issues.
- Ability to create a positive environment for everyone on your team.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- autobody collision shop: 2 years (required)
