- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Handle medical terminology and documentation accurately
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic or Dentrix
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the office staff

*Experience*
- Previous experience in a Medical Office setting is preferred
- Proficiency with phone systems and office equipment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and administrative procedures
- Familiarity with PS EMR is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Signing bonus
- Tips

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
