**Job Title**
Scheduling Administrator
**Reports To**
The Scheduling Administrator will report to Office Manager/ Controller
**Job Overview**
Experience and knowledge of Toronto and GTA geographic area “streets locations” and knowledge of commercial exhaust cleaning an asset.
**Responsibilities & Duties**:
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain and update customer database
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication
- Positive attitude and ability to develop lasting relationships with customers
- Ability to cope with pressure and multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Strong ability to problem solve
- Extremely organized and forward thinker
- Excellent knowledge of Windows, Excel and Internet-based programs such as Service Trade /google maps
- Effective team player - works with a sense of urgency, not afraid to go above and beyond take ownership of responsibilities self-sufficient and can work well with little supervision above all else attendance and reliability.

Full-time
$22.00-$26.00/ hour based on experience
