**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Admin Coordinator to join our team. This position will support a variety of functions to help keep business operations running smoothly. The Admin Coordinator will report to the Manager, Operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Administrative support across departments.
- Assist members of the leadership team with administrative procedures, reporting, communications, scheduling and staff surveys.
- Assist with setup, logistics and on-site support for events.
- Office management: managing office access, ordering office supplies, meeting with and providing access to contractors, maintenance personnel etc.
- Sort, process and verify receipts, expenditures, forms and other documents.
- Operationalize employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordinate with Manager, Operations to set up alarm codes and access cards for new employees.
- Order company merchandise under the direction of the Manager, Marketing.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and bank deposits
- Provide general IT support and set up, including managing of employee accounts, conducting maintenance on corporate devices, arranging for technical support as required.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 2 years’ office administration experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated attention to detail re: logistics, documentation and reporting.
- Excellent time management and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of having a team player mindset with a can-do attitude, comfortable with a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in G-Suite desirable.
