We are in search of a dynamic individual to join our team as an Implementation Coordinator. You will be responsible for assisting the implementation team with various tasks to ensure successful new group implementations, while meeting or exceeding departmental service and quality standards. You bring a results-driven outlook and highly developed organization skills to provide first-class service to our internal and external clients. You have the ability to think creatively with a solution-oriented focus.

**The Implementation Coordinator (Term) will**:

- Work with the Implementation Specialists to review all material required for the implementation.
- Assist with creation and submission of amendments.
- Perform audits on implementation data.
- Update information on our member portal during onboarding and amendments.
- Process system updates.
- Clarify information, resolve outstanding issues, examine and follow up on missing information.
- Provide frequent updates to all applicable stakeholders during the implementation process.
- Track tasks within the implementation team, following up when necessary to ensure turnaround times are being met.
- Initiate and/or implement corrective action as needed to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

**T**o be successful**as an**Implementation Coordinator (Term)** with People Corporation, you will need**:

- Experience in an office environment.
- A keen attention to detail.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control are extremely important.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal and external clients.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
- To be client focused with an unwavering commitment for service excellence.
**- Prior experience in the Group Benefits industry considered an asset.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and hit deadlines to meet client and internal needs.
- The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
