**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the Clinic
- Handle patient records and ensure accurate data entry into computerized systems
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide support to Physio staff as needed, facilitating effective communication within the team.
- Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Reception office operations is a plus, particularly in handling patient interactions.
- Proficiency Universal Scheduling and other computer software relevant to office management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing records and appointments.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
