**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using Paradigm dental software.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Maintain electronic dental records accurately and securely.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and billing.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage recare, cancellation and no-show lists.
- Open and close the dental office according to office protocol.
- Perform other tasks assigned by office manager or Doctor.

**Skills**
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Dental Receptionist.
- Proficiency in Paradigm or other dental practice management software is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of ODA fee guide and codes and familiarity with terminology related to dentistry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient records.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and staff.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Ability to self-organize, time manage and multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding patient service.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
