**About us**

Central Dental Ltd. is a fast-paced dental supply company. We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to work within our Scarborough office. With over 75 years in business, the company specializes in the sales to both dental laboratories and denturists. We pride ourselves in our deep roots in the dental industry and being 100% Canadian owned and operated.

This is an entry-level permanent full-time opportunity that offers group health benefits, training, and career growth for the right individual. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining customer relations while fulfilling daily orders within an office environment.

Our newest team member's responsibilities will include:

- Creating invoices, credit memos, and other documentation as needed for new and previously existing customers
- Manual order picking from sales orders.
- Servicing pick up customers through fast, on-demand picking of small sales orders.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

A solid “can-do” attitude, ability to work with others in a team environment, and attention to detail are required.

Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is considered an asset.
