**What you will be doing**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job brief through to offer negotiation.
- Partner and advise our hiring managers on best practice recruitment processes and market knowledge.
- Develop and employ effective sourcing strategies to attract and hire talent at Prospera.
- Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with hiring leaders, other team members and the wider People Experience team.
- Be an Ambassador of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in our recruitment processes.
- Be involved in Recruitment process improvements and initiatives.

**What you will bring to our team**
- At least 3 years or more of recruiting for professional roles with experience in full cycle recruitment.
- Experience working in an in-house recruiting and/or agency role.
- Proven capability in partnering with hiring managers, influencing stakeholders by using an advising and consultative approach.
- Be resilient, able to manage ambiguity and enjoys suggesting continuous improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrate digital experience using an ATS, Social Recruiting and other TA tools including LinkedIn Recruiter.
