**Purpose**

Scrubbi is currently looking for a full time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-paced team in South Surrey, BC. Our growing HR team is responsible for that WOW factor of what makes Scrubbi so fantastic - they’re kind of a big deal. The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) role is responsible for recruiting Cleaning Professionals (CP) all over Canada. As Scrubbi grows the TAS role makes sure that an army of skilled CP’s are joining the Scrubbi team

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Conduct interviews via phone and send hiring documents to CP’s in a timely manner
- Prioritize recruitment in high need regions whilst monitoring stable areas
- Answer all objections and concerns that are brought up by new CP’s during the hiring process
- Ability to make sound hiring decisions in order to recruit top talent into Scrubbi
- Build relationships with departments to understand hiring needs

**Goals**
- Making sure all the areas have enough CP’s to cover scheduled appointments
- Attention to detail in order to follow process and ensure new hires are seamlessly handed over to HR Coordinators for onboarding process
- High Volume recruiting in order to meet company targets

- Follow a script when conducting phone interviews
- Sending on-boarding documents to CP’s like contract, list of documents needed, background check details etc.
- Attention to detail when entering CP details on their file

**Qualifications**
- Quick learner and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Human Resource basic knowledge (what can you ask legally etc.)
- Detail oriented
- Fast problem solver/decision maker
- Be able to coordinate & communicate effectively among departments
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to navigate through time sensitive situations
