This position will be based in Toronto and will work in close collaboration with the Enterprise Services Canada team to deliver a coordinated and customer-focused approach across Canada.
**Position Overview**
The Lead Healthcare Technology Management is responsible for cross-organizational alignment, operational success and overall HTM customer satisfaction. This role reports to the Head of ES Canada for Siemens Healthineers.
This is a key leadership role designed to build and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through alignment of internal resources to deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this role, the Lead Healthcare Technology Management will be responsible for working with Business Development Managers and Solutions Architects to position HTM solutions for new business as well as for developing and tracking key performance indicators for Siemens HTM accounts. Key performance indicators will be focused on, but not limited to, customer satisfaction, margin performance, areas of continuous improvement, and deployment of effective countermeasures.
This individual must demonstrate the ability to develop high-level service delivery strategies, effectively communicate across multiple departments and ensure execution of strategic and tactical initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
The Lead Healthcare Technology Management will be responsible for developing collaborative relationships with strategic accounts focused on elements of customer service delivery. The Lead Healthcare Technology Management will work cross-organizationally to ensure Siemens provides a world class customer experience.
**Key Areas of Focus**:
- Partner and collaborate with ES BDM and ES SA and Siemens Healthineers business areas to develop strategic HTM partnerships.
- Partner and collaborate with MES and HTM operations delivery organizations and Siemens Healthineers business areas to develop seamless HTM operations delivery.
- Collaborate with account communities to ensure complete awareness of current events
- Facilitate QBR - identify key internal and customer team members to participate
- Assist with service-related escalations as required
- Meet/Exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations partners
**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**:
- Documented experience working with matrix management structure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to represent the organization externally across a wide range of stakeholders and constituencies.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of HTM/Multi Vendor Service and Operational experience.
- 10+ years of Executive Leadership Experience
- Business travel requirement of 25%
- Valid driver’s license
- Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes (without restrictions)
- Must have a valid passport

The annual base pay for this position is:
Min $129,100 - Max $179,100
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position. Many clients require Siemens Healthineers employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites.
