We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service, assisting with design projects, and supporting the overall operations of the store (assembly etc.).

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service**:_
- Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator (an asset).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Bilingual written & spoken

- Expérience en service à la clientèle.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps.
- Connaissance de base des logiciels de conception, en particulier Adobe Illustrator (préféré).
- Capacité de travailler de façon autonome et en équipe.
- Niveau élevé d'attention aux détails.
- Bilingue écrit et parlé

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
