Are you an organized, bilingual multitasker with a keen eye for detail who loves helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a dependable and friendly **Administrative Assistant & Customer Service Representative** to join our growing team on-site in **Pointe-Claire**

We’re a Canadian wholesale distributor in the **pet industry**, and we’re seeking someone who can provide reliable support to our day-to-day operations while delivering top-tier service to our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to management and handle assigned tasks efficiently
- Create and process credit notes
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records
- Use Outlook, Word, and Excel for daily administrative tasks
- Manage and prioritize multiple requests throughout the day
- Deliver excellent customer service with strong phone and interpersonal skills

**Requirements**:

- Fully bilingual (French & English) - verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking effectively
- Must be able to work on-site in Pointe-Claire
- **Education**: DCS / DEC (preferred)
