To ensure success, the Customer Service Representative needs to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be able to work with a computer.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:_
- Constantly maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and special projects.
- Ensure all clients’ inquiries are properly communicated with the warehouse team.
- Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule.
- Track tasks and follow-up with clients or with internal departments as needed.
- Responsible for the entry of receiving of incoming stock into WMS for the various programs and special projects.
- Responsible for the preparation of final receiving’s for inventory as it relates to kitting or special projects.
- Validate final shipping documents, manifests, etc., related to special projects.
- Coordinate and schedule return of overstock back to client.
- Attend monthly meetings with clients to discuss various operational topics, required changes, and overall operations at the distribution center.
- Acknowledge and resolve client’s inquiries.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Maintain a continuous collaboration with operations and sales departments to find new business opportunities with current clients.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience
- A completed high school diploma or an equivalency
- Bilingual, both written and oral
- Comfortable using a computer, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
- Effective communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Processing and reporting skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work both independently and with a team

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
