**About Us**

We are a family and cosmetic medical clinic providing a wide range of healthcare and aesthetic services. We are looking for a reliable and professional **Front Desk Receptionist** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, is detail-oriented, and can manage administrative tasks in a clinical setting.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using Accuro EMR
- Process billing, uninsured services, and patient payments
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records (PHIPA compliance)
- Support clinic staff by coordinating patient flow and communication
- Perform administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, printing, and filing
- Ensure the front desk and waiting area remain organized and welcoming

**Qualifications**
- **Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting required**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with computers; experience with Accuro EMR is an asset
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- **Farsi-speaking considered a strong asset**:

- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

**Schedule & Compensation**
- Part-time: 15-25 hours per week
- Flexible weekday hours; occasional Saturday availability may be required
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
