**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage spa bookings
- Provide information about spa services, products, and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and booking software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly and professional demeanor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
