We are seeking to fill Machine Operator & Assembler positions:

- Do you have experience working in a manufacturing environment?
- Do you enjoy building and developing the skills of others?
- Are you motivated to work hard and be a contributing team member?

- Do you have a safety focused mindset?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or construction environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Residential construction knowledge and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Ability to operate hand and power tool
- Knowledge of imperial and metric measurement systems
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Strong ability to work in a solutions-oriented environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license, and regular access to a vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
