**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, adjust, and operate folding carton glueing machines to produce packaging products according to job specifications.
- Ensure the machine is properly fed with raw materials and monitor the production process to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that may arise during production.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to correct defects or deviations.
- Keep accurate records of production data, downtime, and maintenance performed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Folding Carton Glueing Machine Operator or similar role in the packaging industry.
- Proficiency in operating folding carton glueing machines, including setup and adjustments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface operation.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
